Higher Participation Limits for First-Year Dental Specialists
Effective immediately in all states, first-year new professional limits for endodontists, pediatric dentists, periodontists, and prosthodontists will increase from $6,000 to $7,500.
The Catastrophic Benefit Maximum for this specialist group will also increase.
At the same time, we will increase our RPP Benefit Maximum from $700 to $1,000 for first-year endodontists, pediatric dentists, periodontists, and prosthodontists, as well as first-year orthodontists. Our limits are now among the highest in the marketplace for these professions.
Increased Medical I&P Limits with Group LTD
Issue and Participation Limits for Guardian’s medical occupation classes in all states except California will increase from $25,000 to $35,000.
- Occupation classes 6M, 5M, 4M, and 3M
- Ages 18-55
This I&P change applies to Guardian’s ProVider Plus, ProVider Plus Limited, and Income ProVider products.
